TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read all instructions on payment, shipping, delivery, commissions, and returns before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this site. 

I have taken care to represent the quality of the art with photographs but please be aware of different colour and brightness settings on your screen or monitor.

IMPORTANT UPDATE DEC 24

Unfortunately due to new laws regarding exporting goods to EU and NI imposed in December 2024, I will be pausing shipping outside the UK until further notice.

ORDERS

Items will be shipped when full payment has been made and cleared.
You will recieve an email when your payment has cleared and your order has been received.
I am based in the UK so please be aware of time zones. I will deal with your order as soon as I possibly can and will advise you when the item has despatched. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is charged at the checkout. It includes the cost of postage charges and packaging materials. It is per order, not per item, so If you are ordering multiple items the postage will only be charged once.

Art prints are presented in a clear cellophane sleeve and posted in a sturdy cardboard envelope.


Original drawings and A3 size art is sent in a cardboard tube and is sent by Royal Mail signed.
Your order will need signing for as proof of delivery

Please be aware items sent in tubes will incur larger postage costs.

Please be aware some countries may have extra charges or taxes which is the responsiblity of the customer.

DELIVERY

You will receive an email when your items are ready to be despatched. Please allow:

UK up to 3 business days
EUROPE  3-5 business days
WORLDWIDE  5-7 business days

These are estimated delivery times. Please allow extra time if ordered on a weekend or around a bank holiday, or busy buying periods.
I will advise if there are any issues arising from delivery times.
If you have not received your order after 2 weeks please let me through the contact form.
If there are any problems with the item on arrival please message me immediately using the contact form.

RETURNS
Please contact me if you wish to return an item. I will always do my very best to ensure your order arrives in mint condition but once sent it is out of my control. If you are unhappy with your order in any way please use the contact form . Returns should be within 30 days of receiving the order in it's original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Unfortunately I do not offer returns on earrings, for hygiene purposes, or commissioned art as these are approved before sending.
